Special Note regarding renewals:

All renewals using standard SKUs require the customer to apply contract codes online to activate their renewal. The customer will receive these codes via email 24-48 hours after you process their order. Please have customers check their JUNK/SPAM folder if they cannot find their codes. Otherwise the distributor can resend the codes to the customer.

This does not apply to coterms as they are automatically applied by Fortinet.

Do you already know what your customer needs to renew? We can tell you what was purchased last year using a serial number. If you do not have the serial number we can determine the renewal SKU using the product model, term (1, 2, 3-year), and service (8x5 or 24/7). It is also possible to look up the customer by Company Name. This is the least reliable options and can be confusing if there are multiple units. If the customer sent you their renewal reminder you can email that to insight@fortinet.com.
